HOW IT WORKS:
1. Call or text for a free estimate and book a time for your inspection
We are happy work around your schedule and get your inspection done on your timeline. For an estimate we just ask a few questions about your home to find out the location and the approximate size, age, and condition. We can give you a price quote for your inspection over the phone.
2. We go to the property and do a thorough home inspection
This typically takes anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on the size and condition of your home. We encourage you to join the process so we can inform you about the home as we inspect or you are welcome to not be present. Either way, we will give you all the information you need in a clearly written report with photos after the inspection is completed.
3. We provide a detailed report by email within 24 hours
Reports are usually delivered the same day but always within 24 hours of the inspection. If you need your report to be rushed just let us know in advance so we can let you know if it is a possibility.
